GamerFlow customers in the US get fast, free shipping on all orders over $100. All other domestic orders qualify for our discounted flat rate of $5.00 and $9.00 for standard shipping.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 USD to orders in Canada (Free for orders $150 and up). * For the rest of the world, please see at checkout.

NOTE: Any orders placed Monday – Friday before 15:00 EST will ship on the same day

To ensure that each piece retains that fresh out-of-the-pack look and feel, please follow the care instructions on the inside label of each garment. For our shirts and hoodies, we recommend the following:

- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron decorations
- Only non-chlorine-bleach when needed

We are working on providing GamerFlow to as many people in as many locations as possible. International shipping costs will depend on the country and location of the delivery address and will be determined at check out. GamerFlow currently offers a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 USD to Canada (Free for orders $200 and up).

NOTE: International shipments are not eligible for returns.

IMPORTANT: Customs, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. GamerFlow does not cover the cost of international customs, duties or taxes of other countries.

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible, it must meet the following criteria:

- Items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging
- Items must not be washed
- Items must be odorless
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
